Under these premises TOGGO.de will be relaunched. Web 2.0-approaches were extended
without neglecting the important security factors for kids.
Integral component of the community is the "Avatar". The varied creation
possibilities and the easy usability enable every child to present her- or himself.

The sensitization for private data is packaged into an age-based friendship album and
maximises the user experience.
